Commonwealth Bank

To Whom It May Concern

Charles Richter was contracted by the Commonwealth Bank in 1986 to assist in the development of an Information Systems Plan. In undertaking this role, Charles was responsible for facilitating numerous data modeling sessions with senior executives of the Bank.

As we had not been previously exposed to Data Modeling techniques, Charles had the ability to introduce us to the procedure and also assisted us in gaining a thorough appreciation of the power and importance of the Corporation's data resources.

Charles is a very conscientious worker, who displays considerable talents in the area of data modeling techniques, coupled with a high degree of conceptual thinking. These abilities ensured a successful completion to a very important project.

I have no doubt Charles would greatly benefit any Organisation which seeks his expertise in Data Modeling or Data Analysis.

Yours faithfully
Don Loughry, Commonwealth Bank - Sydney
